2008 Press Release: Clerk Announces Last Day To Register To Vote

Des Plaines City Clerk Donna McAllister has announced that the
last day to register to vote in the Des Plaines City Clerk's Office,
prior to Tuesday, November 4, 2008 General Election, is Tuesday,
October 7, 2008.
Corporate Des Plaines residents wishing to register must bring
two forms of identification to the City Clerk's Office, Room 602,
City Hall, 1420 Miner Street. Individuals born outside the
United States will need to present naturalization papers.
Hours in the City Clerk's office for registering are 8:30 am - 5:00
pm, Monday - Friday. For further information, call
